Get the blacklist list for the current server

[p]blacklist list

Add

Add an user to the current server blacklist

[p]blacklist add <user>

Remove

Remove an user from the current server blacklist

[p]blacklist remove <user>

Replace [p] with the correct server prefix. Mention the bot to find out it.
